Delete your EasyFill account
Request deletion of your account and associated personal data from Easy Fill AI Corp, the service operator. Classroom Panda LLC manages the EasyFill websites and publishes and manages the easyfill.ai Android app; the same deletion request contact serves both the app and connected service. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address associated with your EasyFill account, if you can.
- Use the subject “EasyFill account deletion request” and include your workspace or business name.
- We will verify your identity and authority, confirm the affected account and explain any records that must be retained before processing the request.
If your email app does not open, send your request directly to david@easyfill.ai. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or sensitive attachments.
What happens to your data
The request covers your sign-in account, profile and associated personal data. For workspace owners, it can also cover forms, responses, uploaded documents and attachments you are authorized to delete. A team member cannot authorize deletion of another person's workspace.
We may retain records needed for legal obligations, billing, security or dispute resolution. Recovery archives have a minimum 30-day retention lock and require separate removal after the lock ends; they may remain after active records are removed. We will explain relevant exceptions and the applicable removal schedule when handling your request.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. Account deletion and cancellation of a recurring subscription are separate actions; tell support if you also want to cancel.
If you filled in someone else's form
Contact the business that collected the response. Its records and privacy obligations also apply. EasyFill support can help route your request.
