Existing plans and migration
During migration, the original and rebuilt services may operate together. Moving an account does not itself create a new paid subscription. Existing subscriptions continue under their original billing arrangement until an agreed change is made. Previously purchased lifetime access and plan-specific allowances retain their original terms. A trial is not converted to paid or lifetime access by migration. Any separately issued lifetime coupon is governed by the offer presented with it.
Your private forms and responses
You retain rights to your private forms and responses. You authorize EasyFill and its operational providers to store, process, render, transmit and back up those materials as needed to provide the service. Uploading a private document does not authorize its public promotion. Sharing a fill link enables form completion; it does not give respondents access to other submissions.
AI, signatures and document review
Optional AI features identify the provider and request consent before sending your description. Signature receipts record the signature and available submission details; they do not independently establish the signer's identity. Review your form, mapped fields and completed document before relying on them.
Historical data and recovery copies
Historical migration may contain disclosed gaps. Available downloads do not imply that every historical answer, signature or attachment was recoverable. Account cancellation and data deletion are separate requests; protected recovery copies may remain until their applicable retention period ends.
Existing purchase terms
This addendum clarifies the rebuilt service. It does not change agreed prices, refund rights, renewal commitments or existing lifetime purchase terms.
